Alle Modifikationen werden „wie gesehen“ ohne jegliche Garantie bereitgestellt. Wir übernehmen keine Garantie, weder ausdrücklich noch stillschweigend, dass sie fehlerfrei sind oder einem bestimmten Spielstandard entsprechen oder dass sie Ihre Anforderungen für eine bestimmte Anwendung erfüllen werden. Wir übernehmen keine Haftung dafür, wenn es durch falsche Anwendung zum Verlust von Daten oder Eigentum kommt oder Personen geschädigt werden.
Die Nutzung unserer Modifikationen geschieht auf eigene Gefahr hin. Das Team und der Artist lehnen jede Haftung für direkte, indirekte oder Folgeschäden ab, die sich aus der Verwendung der Modifikationen ergeben.

Mit dem Herunterladen unserer Modifikationen über unsere Webseite oder den GIANTS Modhub stimmen Sie den folgenden Nutzungsbestimmungen zu:

• Unsere Modifikationen werden unter der Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International Lizenz (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) veröffentlicht.
• Die Modifikationen werden ausschließlich über unsere Webseite oder das GIANTS Modhub angeboten. Andere Downloadquellen sind nicht zulässig und stammen nicht von VertexDezign. Die Downloads unserer Modifikationen sind für den Endverbraucher zudem immer kostenlos!
• Es ist verboten, den Inhalt unserer Modifikationen, egal ob in Teilen oder komplett, durch jemanden anderen als VertexDezign zu verbreiten bzw. erneut hochzuladen.
• Unsere Modifikationen dürfen ohne Absprache mit dem Team von Vertexdezign nicht für Werbezwecke genutzt werden.
• Die Nutzung unserer Modifikation im Rahmen von Monetarisierungsprogrammen ist nicht gestattet.
• Objekte die als s.g. Prefabs veröffentlicht werden, dürfen ohne gesonderte Freigabe, unter Nennung der Credits, in Modifikationen verbaut werden.
• Objekte die als s.g. Placeables veröffentlicht werden dürfen nicht mit einer Map veröffentlicht werden. Dies gilt als erneutes Hochladen der Datei. Bitte fügt unsere Placeables per defaultItems.xml in eure Map ein und verlinkt auf die benötigte Datei auf unserer Webseite oder dem GIANTS Modhub!
• Die auf unserer Webseite veröffentlichten Tutorials unterliegen dem Urheberrecht des jeweiligen Erstellers. Die (Weiter)Verbreitung darf somit nur im original Wortlaut und unter entsprechender Quellen- und Urheberangabe erfolgen!

• Our modifications may not be used for advertising purposes without prior agreement with the Vertexdezign team.
• The use of our modification in monetization programs is not allowed.
• Objects that are published as so-called prefabs may be used in modifications without separate approval, provided that the credits are mentioned.
• Objects published as placeables may not be published with a map. This is considered as a new upload of the file. Please insert our placeables per defaultItems.xml into your map and link to the required file on our website or the GIANTS Modhub!
• The tutorials published on our website are subject to the copyright of the respective creator. The (further) distribution may only be done in the original wording and with appropriate source and copyright!
